The FORWRD Foundation courses are 3 month intensive programs designed to instill the fundamentals of active alignment and natural movement. With virtual instruction and online training, each student receives full body training covering topics like pushing, pulling, core and back activation, level changes, shoulder stability/mobility, fascia release, pelvic floor strengthening, and more! These activities all help to relieve and reduce joint, muscle, and other chronic pains while at the same time teaching strength with proper alignment to reduce future pain and potential injury.
Over the 3 month course, each student can schedule up to 1 45 minute personal session that is included as part of the course. These sessions allow for forward progress in movement difficulty and activation of more advanced activities and movements to keep things challenging as your learn.
Each Foundations student receives access to the online course and online library, which allows for documentation of the assessment and every class along with helpful tools for use for home practice. Detailed lessons provide options to challenge, adjust or modify activities as needed for each student.
